This is a question we get asked about quite regularly. Shortfills have come about due to the changes in regulations in the UK/EU law (commonly referred to as the TPD).

These changes involved restricting all E-Liquid bottles containing Nicotine to 10 ml. Many see this as a political and money making move, others a move towards safety, we have our own opinions but I promise not to voice it on here today!!

So… What is a shortfill? A brief answer would be that a shortfill is a bottle of E-Liquid greater than 10 ml which the end user can add his/her own nicotine too.
